Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, and register them accurately.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Collect payments and assist with insurance/billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling.
• Maintain reception area and perform routine administrative duties.
• Navigate multiple software systems following HIPAA-compliant protocols.
