OSF HealthCare is seeking a Front Office Assistant to deliver friendly, patient-centered service at the front desk. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule appointments, and coordinate with providers and insurers to ensure smooth visits.

This hourly role requires high school or GED, strong communication, typing, and computer skills. You will work in a medical practice setting, supporting a positive patient experience and adhering to OSF policies.

Competenze

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Typing, filing, telephone skills and basic MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and families and manage front desk interactions.
• Schedule and register patients and coordinate with insurance companies.
• Collect co-pays and handle incoming/outgoing calls and messages.
• Maintain a neat, organized front desk and adhere to office guidelines.
