Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families at the front desk
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls, scheduling appointments and procedures
• Communicate with insurers to determine patient benefits and process authorizations
• Collect co-pays and assist with registration and scheduling as needed
