REVCO SOLUTIONS INC is seeking a Patient Account Specialist for an on-site role in our healthcare call center. You will support patients by explaining their accounts and guiding them through balance resolution, while delivering compassionate service.

Responsibilities include handling insurance inquiries, claims, and billing matters; providing information on medical procedures; and documenting interactions in our systems. A performance bonus plan rewards top performers.
