• Verify insurance eligibility; obtain pre-certifications and authorizations.
• Calculate and collect patient liability; explain payment options and policies.
• Enter payments/charges; perform daily reconciliation; balance cash drawer.
• Schedule office visits and procedures; manage patient flow and reminders.
