• Calculate and collect patient liability and explain payment options.
• Enter payments and perform daily reconciliations; balance cash drawer.
• Schedule appointments and maximize reimbursement per payor rules.
• Communicate with patients via calls, email, and in person to assist flow.
• Assist with requests for medical records and related logistics.
• Support patient flow with escorting, vitals, and basic assistance.
