Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).

Responsibilities

• Register/check-in patients and collect required information accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage and confirm referrals/authorizations when needed.
• Collect patient liability and explain financial policies and options.
• Enter payments and charges; balance drawer and reconcile daily.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with care teams for timely visits.
• Provide courteous patient communication via phone, email, and in person.
