Job summary

You will handle data entry, scheduling, and patient flow, and work with care teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. This is an on-site role with a daytime schedule and rotating Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of patient financial services or insurance industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Registers/checks-in patients, collects signatures and intake forms.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and obtains pre-certifications, referrals, and authorizations.
• Calculates and collects patient liability; explains financial policies and payment options.
• Enters payments/charges and performs daily reconciliation; balances cash drawer.
• Schedules visits and procedures; confirms next-day appointments and ensures patient readiness.
• Communicates with patients and care teams to resolve issues and improve flow.
• Assists with patient records requests per policy and law.
• Provides a range of patient services to support flow and care coordination.
