The role requires strong computer skills, professional phone etiquette, and often bilingual capabilities. A flexible, patient-focused team player is essential for our Service Team.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and Google Suite knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by local communities.
• US work authorization.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in and assistance with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in the EMR.
• Scheduling and rescheduling appointments in the EMR.
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls.
• Handling faxes and maintaining welcome/ community room areas.
