Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with basic software applications (Google Suite).
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Fluency in languages commonly spoken by the patient population.
• US work authorization is required.
• Some college is preferred; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests and manage visit check-in/check-out.
• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments in the EMR system.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls and messages; coordinate with care teams.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in the EMR.
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas and support center operations.
