Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Welcome Coordinator to create an inclusive environment for patients and guests. The role supports a service-focused team and may require occasional travel to other centers. Strong computer skills and multilingual abilities are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish or Russian, or other languages spoken by local communities.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Checking in patients and assisting with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in the EMR platform.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in the EMR platform.
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls as instructed.
• Managing faxes in the electronic fax system.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• Occasional float to other centers in the region.
