Oak Street Health is hiring a Welcome Coordinator to create an inclusive, compassionate first impression for patients. You’ll handle check-in, forms, co-pays, and EMR updates while coordinating appointments and phone communications.

You’ll wear many hats in a fast-paced clinic environment and support regional centers as needed. Ideal candidates have strong computer skills, professional phone etiquette, and a friendly, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with basic Google Suite knowledge.
• Professional phone etiquette for patient interactions.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian or other community languages.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Check-in and assist with required forms.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in the EMR.
• Schedule/reschedule appointments in the EMR.
• Manage phone lines, messages and outbound calls.
• Handle faxes and maintain Welcome/Community Room areas.
• Occasional float to other centers in the region.
