Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service as the first touchpoint in-store. You will bridge the clinical services team and the retail team, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience for every patient.

You will support PEG clinicians in diagnostic pre-testing, digital refraction, and contact lens care, while maintaining accurate patient records and promoting products and services. Competitive pay with commission and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare or retail setting.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse patients and staff.
• Associate degree or higher certification preferred; participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient service at the store entrance and support promotions.
• Foster collaboration between retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; resolve patient concerns with a professional approach.
• Assist management in maintaining brand standards and HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support clinical duties under PEG supervision, including basic lab and eyewear tasks.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets and contribute to patient satisfaction.
