You will be the friendly first contact, assist with pre-testing and product explanations, and support the clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient issue resolution and communicate order statuses; meet expectations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and perform basic housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
