Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification or current enrollment.
• 2+ years of delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team to achieve store goals and metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on order status.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Keep patient records confidential per HIPAA.
