Physicians Eyecare Group in North Carolina is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our on-site store location. You will greet patients, identify needs, explain products and services, and support clinical-to-retail transitions under PEG supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, an associate degree or higher, a passion for helping people, strong communication skills, and an interest in optical technology.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor
• Proactive problem solving to address potential patients’ concerns
• Results-driven with ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs
• Interest in technology and curiosity about current innovations
• Optical experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team to achieve store goals and clinical metrics
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information about products and services
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and status of orders
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner
• Other duties as assigned and required
