Requirements include 2+ years in customer service, excellent communication, active listening, empathy, and a collaborative mindset. Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and promote products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and document patient history and test results in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping in-store and lab areas.
• Prepare and edge lenses when needed to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
• Notify management of equipment issues and ensure timely completion of orders.
