Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service at our Conway on-site store, facilitating sales and smooth handoffs between clinical services and retail teams. You will greet patients, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with basic tests, and ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to guide sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; input patient history and pre-tests; gather medical history.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of eyewear.
• Monitor lab area quality and report equipment issues to management.
• Track delivery times to patients to meet promised timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
