You will provide outstanding customer service to patients, greet them, identify needs, and guide them to the right products and services while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification, or currently enrolled in related program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction with positive demeanor.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Flexible schedule; hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology; curious about innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience with team collaboration.
• Greet patients and identify needs to guide products/services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on orders.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
