Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide exceptional patient service at our on-site store location in Georgia. You will help transition patients from clinical services to retail, greeting customers, answering questions, and scheduling appointments.

The role supports PEG’s clinical supervision and strives to meet daily goals while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and a positive, proactive demeanor. Benefits accompany this position for qualified staff.

Qualifications

• You have an associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• You have 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• You have a passion for customer satisfaction and maintain a positive demeanor.
• You remain proactive and execute problem solving skills to address potential patients’ concerns.
• You are driven by results and can multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient concerns or complaints and inform on order status.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and secure per HIPAA requirements.
• Additional duties as assigned.
