Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional customer service and support a seamless patient experience within our store environment. You will bridge clinical services and the retail team, ensuring accurate records, promotions, and efficient patient flow.

The role emphasizes patient-first interactions, collaboration with PEG physicians, and adherence to PEG clinical standards while supporting daily operational goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by greeting patients and guiding them to promotions and services.
• Coordinate between retail and professional services to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with complaint resolution and status of pending orders.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and ensure brand standards in store operations.
