Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and inform about products/services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information for a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and status of orders.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and assist with housekeeping to uphold brand standards.
