Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our on-site store. You will help ensure a smooth flow between clinical and retail teams and act as the first touchpoint for patients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic store environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or higher certification; enrolled in related program acceptable.
• Schedule flexibility based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and resolve patient concerns.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with frame edging, lens insertion, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor and meet clinical/operational performance metrics.
