Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Positive demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Problem solving, proactive, and able to multitask in a team environment.
• Schedule flexibility based on business needs; comfortable with technology.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience and collaborate with the team to meet store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs and provide information about products and services.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and keep brand standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
