Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and facilitate sales promotion of products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services; schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and track order status.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and ensure timely delivery of ophthalmic products.
