Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification or enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
• Results-driven with multitasking ability in a team.
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience and collaborate with team.
• Greet patients and identify needs to inform products/services.
• Answer inquiries and collect information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with complaint resolution and order status.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping.
