Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Representative in Chula Vista, CA. You’ll handle front office duties, greet patients, schedule appointments, and verify information to ensure a smooth patient journey.

The role supports PRN operations with per diem scheduling, typically Monday–Friday 6am–7pm, at 1020 Tierra Del Rey. Prior healthcare office experience is valued, along with proficiency in standard scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably healthcare.
• Ability to manage patient information accurately.
• Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication.
• Attention to detail in handling patient data.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries in person or by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details and documentation.
• Maintain front office organization and assist with office tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience.
