Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients professionally.
• Schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Maintain patient records and organize front office tasks.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for a seamless patient experience.
• Assist front office with tasks such as answering calls, scanning documents, scheduling, and processing payments.
• Liaise between patients and staff and other departments.
• Keep reception area clean and organized.
• Manage office supplies and participate in team meetings.
• Ensure therapy areas and equipment are cleaned daily.
