Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth; schedule appointments and manage inquiries.
• Maintain patient records; keep front office area neat and organized; coordinate with clinical staff.
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and other departments; communicate clearly to address concerns.
• Assist front office with tasks during downtime (phones, scanning, scheduling, payments, filing, faxing).
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and therapy areas; assist with inventory and supplies.
