Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver friendly, professional front-office support in our San Diego clinic. You’ll greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance details, and help ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to post-therapy follow-up.

The role emphasizes teamwork with clinical staff, accurate data handling, and courteous communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare administration education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in healthcare.
• Proficiency with office software and patient scheduling systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
• Maintain front office organization and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Assist with payments and basic front-office tasks during downtime.
