Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for referrals and guide patients through the process.
• Exhibits outstanding customer service with the patient as a priority.
• Answers the telephone and schedules or directs patient appointments.
• Verifies benefits and co-pays and communicates coverage information for procedures.
• Coordinates with staff to verify referrals and radiography.
