• Greets patients promptly with a warm, friendly manner while maintaining confidentiality.
• Verifies demographics and insurance; schedules follow-ups and referrals.
• Answers phones promptly and routes calls appropriately; manages messages.
• Schedules and reschedules appointments per guidelines; handles waitlists and no-shows.
• Processes mail and faxes; prepares documents for scanning; supports HIM as needed.
