Centers for Advanced Urology is seeking a Patient Service Representative II to deliver exceptional front-desk service and support to our patients. The role focuses on patient registration, scheduling, billing support, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure a smooth intake and checkout experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of customer service in a medical office, familiarity with CPT/ICD-10, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a medical office and urology preferred.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD-10 coding is a plus.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource to patient services staff on complex issues.
• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Register new patients and update demographics with accurate data.
• Collect outstanding balances and assist with co-pays.
• Obtain referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scan incoming documents into patient charts.
• Facilitate patient flow and communicate delays to staff.
• Schedule follow-ups, surgeries, and imaging with proper authorizations.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure PHI; log off when away.
• Support billing with charge entry and accurate documentation.
