AVPSEES Group seeks a Patient Experience Specialist I to join our eye clinic team in Gallatin, TN. You will welcome clients, manage calls, and handle patient check-ins and check-outs with a commitment to outstanding service.

The ideal candidate brings strong computer skills, empathy, and teamwork. You will support patients through timely communication, accurate record handling, and courteous payment processing.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
Strong communication, friendly demeanor, and empathy.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient computer literacy and typing.
Ability to verify records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Answer calls on a multi-line system and assist patients.
Register patients and verify records and insurance information.
Schedule and reschedule appointments and procedures.
Process payments and reconcile cash daily.
Support HIPAA and compliance requirements.
