AVP SEES Group is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist I to join our eye clinic team. You will welcome clients, handle calls, register patients, verify records and insurance, and schedule procedures while delivering a positive patient experience with empathy.

The role emphasizes computer literacy, accuracy, teamwork, and a patient‑centric approach to service. A background check and HIPAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and respond to inquiries.
• Register patients and verify records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Verify personal and insurance information for services and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and procedures; reschedule as needed.
• Process medical record requests and collect payments.
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash reports and monies collected.
• Complete other functions as requested by management.
