Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system, respond to inquiries, and make outbound calls.
• Register patients and verify records are accurate.
• Verify insurance information for services and procedures.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and procedures.
• Process payments and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain HIPAA and organizational compliance.
