Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach.
• Proficient in using computers and typing.
• Ability to verify insurance and personal information.
• Healthcare or service industry experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Register patients and verify records are up-to-date.
• Verify insurance information for services.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Process medical record requests.
• Collect payments and reconcile cash daily.
• Support management with additional duties as needed.
