AVP•SEES Group in Virginia is seeking a reliable Patient Experience Specialist I to welcome patients, handle calls, and manage patient check-ins and check-outs with empathy and accuracy.

You will schedule appointments, verify records and insurance, process payments, and support daily reconciliations while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Register patients and verify records for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify personal and insurance information for services and procedures.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Process payments and conduct daily cash reconciliation.
• Support management with additional duties as required.
