Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line system and respond to inquiries.
• Register patients and verify records are up-to-date.
• Verify personal and insurance information for services.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and procedures.
• Process medical record requests and collect payments.
• Complete daily reconciliation of cash and receipts.
• Support management with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
