Center for Vein Restoration is hiring a Patient Services Representative in Cary, NC. Work Mon-Thu, 7AM-5PM, with four 10-hour shifts and no nights or weekends.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, and support scheduling, insurance precertifications, and patient data in NextGen/EHR. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, accurate demographics, and smooth communication with patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Able to travel to CVR Clinics.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure CVR policies are distributed, understood and implemented by centers staff.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient.
• Send precertification forms at close of business to Precertification Department.
• Complete daily close tasks, including fee tickets and billing tasks.
• Review future schedules to confirm preauthorization for treatment.
• Obtain new patient forms and update in NextGen/EHR; ensure records are up to date.
• Collect paperwork for appointments such as authorizations, referrals, etc.
• Collect copays and patient balances at time of service.
