Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration is hiring for a Patient Service Representative to join our healthcare team. The role supports patient intake, scheduling, billing tasks, and HIPAA compliance across multiple CT locations (Middletown and Glastonbury) with a 6:45am–5:15pm, four 10-hour shift schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of admin or patient-facing experience, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to CVR clinics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Must be able to travel to CVR Clinics.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out.
• Ensure CVR policies and procedures are distributed and followed by center staff.
• Ensure patient charts are HIPAA compliant and up to date in NextGen/EHR.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with patients.
