Job summary

Center for Vein Restoration in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Center Coordinator to manage efficient patient flow, deliver superior service, and support scheduling and treatment planning across CVR clinics.

This role requires at least 1 year in administrative or customer service, preferably in healthcare; travel to CVR clinics; reliable transportation; no nights or on-call; four 10-hour shifts, Tue–Fri.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative or customer service experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Must have reliable transportation to clinics that may not be accessible by public transportation.
• Must be able to travel to CVR Clinics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and superior customer service.
• Attain monthly goals and performance indicators; manage data entry, schedule and treatment plans, and patient retention.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper input of demographics, procedures, and payments into the database.
• Review scheduling and financial responsibilities and referrals with each patient.
• Send precertification forms daily to account for required authorizations.
• Ensure daily inventory counts and end-of-day close processes are performed.
