Job summary

Penn Medicine’s PHX Multispecialty Shared Services is seeking a full-time Patient Services Associate for Penn Family Medicine Phoenixville (824 Main St). You will support patient-centered care, manage front-desk duties, schedule appointments, collect copays, and update insurance information in the EMR.

You’ll handle arrival/departure activities, answer calls, route requests, coordinate referrals and authorizations, and work with the care team to ensure a smooth patient flow and high satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Medical office experience, or relevant customer service experience.
• HS Diploma/GED is required.
• Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient arrival/departure activities and POS procedures.
• Handle patient calls and inquiries, schedule appointments, and update EMR with insurance/billing information.
