Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years Medical Office Experience preferred.
• 4+ years Customer Service Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient arrival/departure and check-in/out procedures.
• Answer phones, manage patient requests, and schedule appointments.
• Update insurance/billing information and perform POS activities.
• Collect copays, verify demographics, and input data into EMR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with practice protocols.
