Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in patient arrival/departure and manages patient calls and inquiries.
• Schedules patient appointments and updates insurance/billing information in EMR.
• Collects copays, obtains signatures/forms, and completes checkout procedures.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains accurate records.
• Communicates patient flow and wait times to the manager and teams.
