Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years medical office experience or 4 years of customer service experience required.
• Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in arrival and departure activities of patients at the practice.
• Manages and handles patient calls and inquiries, coordinating patient appointments.
• Updates patient insurance/billing information and performs point of service activities.
• Collects copays, obtains signatures/forms, and finalizes check-out procedures.
