Qualifications

• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; provide visit information and next appointment details at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and internal teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
