Job summary

Solaris Health Holdings LLC seeks a Patient Service Representative II to deliver high-quality customer service, manage front-desk activities, and support intake and checkout processes in a medical office.

You will register patients, collect payments, handle referrals and appointments while maintaining patient privacy and accurate records. Strong communication and multitasking are essential, with CPT/ ICD-10 knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ customer service experience required.
• Experience in a medical office; specifically, urology, preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of CPT procedure coding and ICD-10 diagnostic coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and greets patients/visitors.
• Registers new patients and updates demographics.
• Collects co-pays, deductibles and outstanding balances.
• Obtains referrals and authorizations when required.
• Scans and files patient records into the chart.
• Schedules follow-up services and office visits.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
