Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple incoming telephone calls and greet patients/visitors.
• Register new patients and update demographics with insurance information.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; assist with billing as needed.
• Process referrals and charge entries; assist with patient flow.
