Responsibilities

• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits; coordinate referrals.
• Assist with billing and charge entries to ensure timely billing (within 48 hours).
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA.
